Expect to sweat as you are put through your paces with a blend of cardio and strength moves.
Suitable for all levels with lots of modifications available.
A class designed to primarily build strength, although it can also be used to boost your functional fitness. We will work within a specified rep range where individuals can choose lower reps for more strength or higher reps for more muscular endurance. To get best results, prior lifting experience in our HIIT/Circuits classes is advised.
strength & CONDITIONNING
This class is definitely a challenge and will leave you gasping for air at stages. Expect strength and cardio exercises you are familiar with in our other classes but combined in a way to further your cardiovascular and anaerobic conditioning to new levels.
Grit Strong has a higher proportion of strength exercises aimed at improving body tone and strength. Expect muscle fatigue in ways you haven't before, as we increase the amount of working sets.
A class of 3 parts where we work for approximately 10 minutes in each area. "Cardio" where we work on our aerobic capacity, "strength" where we generally focus on our big lifts and "Core" where we target our abs and obliques. You will leave this class feeling your whole body has been worked to fatigue.
Boxfit is the perfect workout to improve cardio fitness & tone up as well as relieving stress & having fun!
All fitness levels welcome, absolutely no experience needed, this class is open for everyone aged 16+.
Please bring your own boxing gloves and wraps if you have some. (wraps are available for sale in the studio)

This class has been specifically designed for men & women over 50 who'd like to start exercising or get back to a training routine.
