If you've attended our HIIT classes you will know they have a tough blend of strength and cardio exercises. HIIT Strong has a higher proportion of strength exercises aimed at improving muscle tone and strength. Expect muscle fatigue in a way you haven't before
Expect a tough selection of exercises in this circuit based workout. We will move from station to station to work the whole body.

No dance experience required, all you need is a playful attitude.
These sessions look to improve your aerobic and strength endurance with that feel good accomplished of challenge completed each week This class will blend 1km runs with tough conditioning work such as assault bikes, slams, ropes, and varying strength exercises. Reps and distances are set for you to hit at whatever pace you can manage. Get yourself in Grit Condition Note: alternatives will be given if running isn't for you.
