CSC
Cardio/Strength/Core
A class of 3 parts where we work for approximately 10 minutes in each area. "Cardio" where we work on our aerobic capacity, "strength" where we generally focus on our big lifts and "Core" where we target our abs and obliques. You will leave this class feeling your whole body has been worked to fatigue.

BODYWORX
Bodyworx is a bodyweight training class in which you learn the basics of calisthenics - a strength discipline that exercises large muscle groups through gripping & grasping - plus you have the additional gross motor skills development of co-ordinating and balancing to spice up your training, as class will make use of the walls and bars through various holds such as handstanding to improve your overall flexibility, alignment and strength.

summer run sessions
These running sessions led by Gavin are designed to help us start/get back into running or start preparing for an event like the Clew Bay Half Marathon, Sea2Summit, HYROX etc.
After the warm up & running drills, expect interval & fartlek training on the grass.
