H.I.I.T
A High Intensity Interval Training with attitude!
Expect to sweat as you are put through your paces with a blend of cardio and strength moves.
Suitable for all levels with lots of modifications available.

20/20
2 blocks of 20mins (e.g. 20 mins cardio & 20 mins strength, 20mins TRX & 20mins Kettlebells etc different every week ) to work the whole body.

CIRCUITS
Expect a tough selection of exercises in this circuit based workout. We will move from station to station to work the whole body.

BOOTCAMP
Hannah will put us through our paces with this
full body workout.

PUMP IT UP
We will follow the beat of our favorite songs to go through this fitness class.
Using barbells and plates, you will get toned and fit while having fun.

STRENGTH & ENDURANCE
This class will comprise of 2 distinct workouts.
The endurance aspect will work on your cardiovascular & muscular endurance. Expect running, rowing, push ups, box jumps etc.
The strength aspect will work on your overall weight lifting abilities. Expect any of the essential lifts to develop your overall body strength.

Boxfit is the perfect workout to improve cardio fitness & tone up as well as relieving stress & having fun!
All fitness levels welcome, absolutely no experience needed, this class is open for everyone.

TOne up
A fitness class designed to tone up our whole body. Low intensity, high burn!
This class is baby friendly! (just make sure your baby stays in the buggy/seat:) )

DIVA DANCEFIT
Move like a Diva with this Dance workout!
No dance experience required, all you need is a playful attitude.
Be ready to break a sweat and have serious fun to the best tunes of Divas like Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Tina Turner etc etc..

MINDFULNESS
Mindfulness is a practice of paying attention to the present moment, with kindness, curiosity, without judgement and stepping out of autopilot. Bringing a sense of peace, clarity and deep relaxation. Led by Terri Fitzpatrick, MBSR teacher trained, a member of Mindfulness Teacher Association of Ireland and creator of Mindfulness Mayo (2018).

PILATES
A full body workout using an holistic approach to focus on strength, control, breath and well being. This is a mixed level class to challenge the body and mind.

YOGA
Stephanie will lead us through this Yoga practise with a mix of gentle & powerful poses.
Learn the foundations of yoga and mindful movement to help keep you injury free for an active lifestyle.
We will also build strength and discover how to build confidence and power through mindful movement.
